Grand Rapids Gymnastics has emerged as the premier gymnastics and activity center in town. Activities include Preschool Gymnastics, Recreational Gymnastics, Tumbling classes, Ninjas, Birthday Parties, Open Gym, and Competitive Gymnastics Teams for boys and girls plus many other special events throughout the year. We also just introduced a school year program that is Mobility-based learning for kids ages 3-5 years.
Our highly trained staff and our 19,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility make us the “activity of choice” in Grand Rapids. Grand Rapids Gymnastics is unlike any other gym in West Michigan. What makes us so special? The people, curriculum, and the fun! Our coaches have the ability to individualize based on skill level. They understand athletic training at the highest levels and tailor that training to the individual. They incorporate flexibility, strength building and agility exercise into every class making skill progression more efficient and preventing injury in any sport.
Our specialty is teaching the CORRECT principles of gymnastics at every level. Our GOAL is to help each participant reach his or her athletic potential. Our DREAM is to play a par in making great student athletes.
Whether GRG kids move on to competitive gymnastics or any other athletic endeavor, the training is beneficial. Our curriculum is progressive and comprehensive. As a sport, progression is based on skill achievement, not necessarily age or grade in school.
