We want to ensure that you have memories that will last a lifetime.
SUMMER PARTY BOOKING is not available for online reservations. If you are interested in a June – August party, please call our office at 616-975-2992 or email events@grgymnastics.com. Summer party times are scheduled on Friday and Saturdays.
You are welcome to bring in cake/cupcakes, ice cream, drinks and/or pizza, etc. Please, no sparkler or trick candles. GRG is an alcohol/tobacco free campus.
Decorations can be hung on walls only using painter tape provided by GRG. Please do not tape to TV or framed art.

Party times for Option 1 are available on Saturday and Sunday. Our experienced coaches will guide the party and provide games, activities, circuits, trampoline/pit time, gymnastics and more that all children can participate in!
Let us take care of everything from our custom invitations to final clean up.

- $235 – First 10 kids (members)
- $275 – First 10 kids (non-members)
- A $60 deposit (non-refundable) will be required when reserving your day.
- ADDITIONAL COSTS
–Want more guests? Not a problem! Just pay $8.00 for every guest over 10 NOT including the bday child or children under 2. – no charge for those just watching.
– More than five adults staying? +$10 paper product charge.
– Celebrating more than one birthday? Need more than one theme?
$25 for additional setup/products required.
RSVP Policy: Guest total given the Friday before party is the minimum amount charged on day of party regardless of attendance. More attendees over the given guest total will be charged accordingly.
Ninja Room Add-on (This allows your party to have the Ninja room open the entire gym time of your party)
- $40 additional charge for Ninja space use of parties over 10 guests
(no charge for smaller parties) - Great for ninja theme parties

Room Reservation. Offered Saturdays from noon-1 pm. -No GRG COACH.
Available up to 15 party guests only (including birthday child and siblings).
Party room will be available for your arrival at 11:45 am.
GRG will have the party room ready for you to enjoy birthday gifts, cake/cupcakes, ice cream, drinks and/or pizza from 12-1 pm*.
After this hour, children will enjoy our supervised public open gym (including the Ninja Room) from 1-3 pm. Open Gym rate is $10/guest. This is an additional cost on top of room rental cost – No Open Gym passes accepted. No charge for Birthday child. Equipment for children only.

*We ask that party room is cleaned up immediately after room rental ends at 1pm.
